FAQ

I provide telehealth therapy only through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions. Clients attend from their home or private location within the state(s) where I’m licensed.

Before our session starts, I will send you an invite, and we will connect. Security is guaranteed as long as you select a quiet, uninterrupted place. This can be at home, in the office, or in the car. As long as you have a device with internet service, we can connect.

A typical session is 53+ minutes.

Submit the contact form and schedule a brief consultation. Once you complete the electronic intake paperwork, we can begin online therapy.

I offer a brief, complimentary 15-minute consultation for prospective clients.

This is a focused conversation to clarify what brings you to therapy, determine whether my approach aligns with your goals, review structure, fees, and scheduling, and answer practical questions.

It is not a therapy session, but a professional fit conversation.

Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and resources. A consultation allows both of us to determine whether working together makes sense before moving forward. Many of my clients appreciate a clear, structured first step rather than committing immediately.

Even during consultation, privacy is respected. All calls are conducted via a secure telehealth platform.

A consultation does not provide clinical treatment, crisis support, or a complete intake assessment. If we decide to proceed, we will schedule your first full session and begin formal work.

Is it required? No. If you are ready to begin, you may request a full intake session directly.

I provide online therapy for adults, typically 30 years of age or older, both men and women. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals and over-functioning individuals navigating burnout, stress, identity shifts, or relationship strain.

I work with adult professionals, both men and women.

I have an M.A. in Clinical Counseling.

I am a licensed LPCMHSP, NCC.

Show up honestly, be willing to examine patterns, practice what we discuss in real life, and allow the process to challenge you.

High-functioning individuals often benefit most when they allow themselves to relax and not perform in therapy.

You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many clients appear successful externally yet feel internally exhausted, misaligned, or overextended. Therapy can address that gap.

Skepticism is welcome. Thoughtful discernment often leads to more meaningful work.

Therapy can be the first space where you don’t have to be.

Session focus is on you.

You can choose your secure environment. I see clients via telehealth only.

That will be your choice. It is telehealth.

It’s your choice.

Whatever you have on hand is fine. Again, it’s telehealth only.

Clarity within changes how you move forward.

Freedom forward strengthens and integrates how you feel and how you live. You don’t have to continue carrying the invisible weight alone. Realign your internal world with the life you’ve built. Take your next step today.
